Memberships have a commitment of 12 months. If you would like to cancel the membership before the end of the 12-month term, the difference in price for previous neurotoxin treatments at full price ($13 per unit for Jeaveau and $14 per unit for Botox) will be due plus a fee of $50 per facial received.
Please note that membership benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Patients are eligible for a complimentary touch-up/refinement of up to 2 units if they return within 14 to 21 days after initial treatment.
